MY BACKGROUND

I have spent over 30 years working with people's emotional and mental health needs, initially as a social worker specialising in the field of mental health.

I found that the help I was able to give my clients - while clearly useful - could only be partial. I wanted to work with people in a more personal way, and broaden the beneficial outcomes I could achieve with them.

It was this desire which led me to psychotherapy and I have been working as an integrative psychotherapist now for eight years.

You can read more about integrative psychotherapy in the Therapy section.

I live in London N15, and run my practice from home.
