Therapy sessions during Coronavirus

In support of government and WHO advice on social distancing and non-essential travel, I’m currently working by remote therapy sessions only – either by video or telephone. Contact me and I’ll explain how this works and what your options are.

WELCOME

There are many reasons why someone might seek therapy.

  • Relationship problems - family, partner, friendships
  • Separation or divorce
  • Bereavement
  • Anxiety - symptoms, life events, crises
  • Depression
  • Stress at work
  • Identity and cultural issues
  • Life choices - life at a crossroads, hard decisions
  • Self-esteem
  • Addiction
  • Sexual abuse

I have worked with clients - both individuals and couples - who have dealt with these issues. If you are struggling with any of these, I may be able to help you.

Often people find the same problems happening again and again, even those who have been in therapy before. These patterns are rarely random and I believe that an exploration of their causes can show the way to positive and long-lasting change.

You may not even know what is wrong, just that something doesn't feel right, and that you want to explore this.

Perhaps you have people in your life you can talk to, or you may feel you haven't. My professional training, therapeutic and life experience means I am able to offer you an impartial ear, the ability to examine issues from a fresh angle and a calm, neutral, non-judgemental environment.
