WHAT NOW?

Starting therapy can feel daunting for a number of reasons. You may feel overwhelmed, and feel that this step could make things worse. Perhaps you don't feel ready to make a regular or long-term commitment. You may not know where to start. A previous bad experience of therapy could put you off trying again.

On the other hand you may already feel ready to begin therapy and have some clear ideas about what you need from a therapist.

An initial consultation with me does not mean any commitment to therapy. It is an opportunity to meet and explore what's troubling you, and to see if we want to work together.

A call to my number will put you through to my voicemail where you can leave your contact details and a good time for me to call you back. If you prefer to email me any questions beforehand, please feel free to do so.

You will find my details on the contact page.

Please also look at the Frequently Asked Questions page. If there is anything that is not covered, let me know - I may add it later.

“When I am working with my clients my experience helps me 'sit' with them through their crises rather than quickly reach for a solution and make it better for them.”
